Imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery …

Problem: Imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery
- A component customer had recently started manufacturing overseas. Initially things went well but then they started getting complaints about products failing.
Solution:
- They asked us to test the components and discovered that their overseas factory was occasionally substituting lower quality components when the specified items weren’t available.
- They are now our customer for contract manufacturing in Australia and overseas, confident that they are always get the right quality, at a competitive price, produced on time.
