Setting up a Customer Account
If you do not currently have an online customer account with Ampec Technologies Pty Ltd please click here to set one up. If you have lost your password or login details please click here to contact us.
In this web site all orders are placed via a "shopping cart" facility. Each item has an "Enter Quantity" field and each product has a shopping trolley icon on the right which adds that item to the cart.
Once you have set up a customer account you will be able to add products to your trolley. When you use your customer login and password to login to this site, you will be presented with a listing of your complete order history including past and pending orders. Past orders are orders that have been processed and pending orders are orders that have not been processed through the credit card payment system. You can login at any time and then process a pending order once you have received lead time confirmations.
How to Order Online
This information is also listed on your "View Trolley" page.
On your shopping trolley page you can do the following: 1. If you change the quantity in any of the line items, just click "Recalculate" to get the new total price. 2. To delete items from the trolley, click the checkbox under the "Delete Item" column for the line items you want to delete and then click the "Delete Selected" button. 3. If you would like to confirm the lead times for some or all of the items in your trolley before proceeding with your order, just click the checkbox under the "Confirm lead Time" column for the line items you want to confirm the lead times for and then click the "Confirm Lead Times" button. This will then send an email to Ampec Technologies Pty Ltd listing all the items you wish to confirm the lead times for. We will then manually confirm the lead times and send an email directly back to you (to the email address listed in your account information). When you click the "Confirm Lead Times" button your order will not be processed and the contents of your trolley will be retained in your order history and can be retrieved at any time by logging in to this web site. 4. If you are ready to process your order click the "CHECK OUT" button.
You may offer to purchase goods described on this website for the price specified on this website. Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this website. Within seven days of receipt of your order, we will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase.
If we reject your offer to purchase the goods for any reason, neither of us will be under any further liability to the other arising out of your original offer or our non-acceptance of that offer.
We give no undertaking as to the availability of products advertised on this website. Delivery of the goods to you will be effected in the manner described on this website.
Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received.

The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts.
This web site quotes all prices in both Australian dollars ($AUD) and US Dollars ($USD).
Although we charge the prices stated on the site, we have no control over the conversion rate your credit card company uses at time of settlement. However, if there is a difference, the amount will usually vary only a few cents up or down from the values shown on the site.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Bankcard.
Despite the introduction of many methods of Internet value-exchange, established credit cards still remain the safest option for all parties in a transaction. We are able to check credit card validity and complete the transaction before goods are dispatched and you have the security of dealing with a familiar credit card company who has established procedures in place should you have a question about charges.
When you place an order, user information is recorded for fraud prevention. A credit card can only be used by its rightful owner. All fraudulent transactions will be forwarded to law enforcement and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
